Cubehub was born from the joint venture of PC Cube, specialized in IT, and the Abalone Venture assents. Cubehub’s mission is intercepting the best start ups in our territory, giving them the opportunity to be known on a international market.

We think that in addition to traditional fund raising, facilities and mentoring services, it is necessary to support new start-ups by pushing them towards fast growth, connecting them in a virtual way with the right partnerships to give a global vision of the reference market.
We manage 1.4 billion euros and provide ManCo services for 31 funds (9 more under negotiations), together with 0.7 billion assets PE and VC.
We manage Luxembourg UCITS platforms with more than 100 million euros (AUM) and Luxembourg RAIF platforms completely dedicated to our clients.
We launched the first Notified AIF (NAIF) and the first European Union Venture Capital Fund (EuVeca) in Malta.
We work with partners in more than 10 European countries and we’re planning to open more offices in other two countries in Europe before 2020.
